Thank you for your interest in our change policy. We are pleased to provide you with the following information about our terms and conditions:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached.

The customer is responsible for the purchased item until it arrives at our store. Breathein.store cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend sending your item/s back using a prepaid service that offers tracking and use a service that is trackable. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused and in their original packaging to guarantee refund payment.

We currently do not offer exchanges. For all returns enquiries, please contact us via email info.breathinstore@gmail.com.

In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info.breatheinstore@gmail.com with your request. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized products and items on sale are not refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
