SHIPPING POLICY

Our team will process the order once the transaction has been made and confirmed. Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the order is processed during the weekend or holidays, we will ship it the next business day. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm the purchase with the shipping tracking number. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account. If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to BREATHEIN.STORE.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties. Breathein.store cannot be responsible for any additional charges on your order. We recommend contact your local customs office for an estimation of these fees. 

The available shipping methods, cost and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate the packages. However, we will do our best to offer the necessary help. We recommend that you select a delivery address that you trust and preferably one where someone can receive and sign for the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER

In the case that the shipping address or telephone number is incorrect on your order and the carrier cannot deliver it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide a solution.
